Atlanta Journal Constitution  USA

The stockpile is controlled by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. If a pandemic natural disaster or a terrorist attack causes local medical supplies to run out stockpiled medicine is delivered within 12 hours of the request. I mean you're not treating an illness; you're not trying to make something wrong better. You're simply trying to take some natural state and augment that. That's not really the purpose of medications and it's really not the purpose of medicine either”. Foster chronic use of Ritalin have risks which include sleep deprevation shakes nerveousness malnourishment and dehydration along with changes within the brain that can develop into psychological problems. Children prescribed Ritalin are also subject to some of the same risks.

Worse yet to come is the tsunami of 54 million people suffering from pre-diabetes. Many of these cases will turn into full-blown diabetes if Americans don’t start spending more time on their feet than in their seats. “We don’t have to open the medicine cabinet. Many disease states can be prevented with healthy foods” says James Rippe M. professor of biomedical sciences at the University of Central Florida. As a cardiologist and director of the Center for Lifestyle Medicine Rippe has devoted his entire career to promoting the concept of “well being” by encouraging people to view health as more than just the absence of disease.
